Peter Greenwood

Peter Greenwood holds an MA degree in law from the University of Cambridge and a diploma in German law and legal system from the University of Tuebingen and the Justice Ministry of North Rhine-Westphalia. In 2006, he completed full-time study for an MA degree in War Studies from King’s College, London University (with distinction). He is a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong, as well as being qualified as an avocat in France. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries in England and a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

From 2007 to 2013 Mr Greenwood was the Group Executive Director – Strategy of CLP Holdings, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. His principal focus was to work on matters of a strategic nature impacting the overall direction of the CLP Group. He was also responsible for the oversight of CLP Group’s corporate secretarial and legal affairs. Prior to stepping down in 2005 to pursue a study leave, Mr Greenwood was an Executive Director (since 2001), the Company Secretary and Corporate Counsel (since 1996) of CLP Holdings. He retired in May 2013.

From 93-97, she was retained by American Express as coach for the President, General Managers and senior managers throughout the region.

Since 1993, Kenzie has also consulted with and coached senior executives in major global corporations including Deutsche Bank, Swiss Reinsurance, UBS, Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific, etc.

Mr. Kwong has more than 40 years of experience in the areas of corporate sustainability, environmental protection, building energy saving, occupational health and safety, fire protection, crisis management and security protection. He coordinated the Towngas efforts to improve sustainability and safety performance including through effective risk management system, energy saving programs, carbon reduction, climate change risk reduction.

Alec Tong is a Chartered Accountant qualified with KPMG in London and a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”). He is also a Fellow Member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He holds a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. degree, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Tong is appointed an Adjunct Professor at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and teaches both the Master and Bachelor degree programs.

After KPMG, Mr. Tong worked in the corporate finance team of an investment bank in London before joining Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong. He has held various senior management positions in this conglomerate including the Chief Financial Officer of Zung Fu motor dealerships for HK and PRC; the Group Finance Director of Jardine Pacific and Jardine Motors which comprise a portfolio of ten different regional businesses including joint ventures; and the Group Finance Director of Dairy Farm, a publicly-listed retailer in London, Singapore and Bermuda covering business operations in over ten countries in Asia. He has extensive industry experience in FMCG retailing, restaurants and fast food chains, engineering and construction, shipping and aviation services, IT services and products distribution, logistics and motor vehicle dealerships. He was also heavily involved with Human Resources in the recruitment and coaching of management trainees and qualified professionals.

Nicole Yuen, independent director, was formerly Vice Chairman, Greater China and Head of Equities, Greater China for Credit Suisse.

Ms. Yuen joined Credit Suisse in July 2012 from UBS where she held various leadership positions during her 18 year tenure there, including her last position as Head of China Equities, which she had held since 2003. Prior to joining the investment banks, Ms. Yuen was trained a lawyer. She was a partner at Clifford Chance, Hong Kong, having worked with them in the UK and the Netherlands. Ms. Yuen also worked at Clearly Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York.
