Nicholas Allen is an Independent Non-Executive Director of CLP Holdings Limited and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (both are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange). He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Mordril Properties Limited (a private property company based in Hong Kong). Peter Greenwood

Peter Greenwood holds an MA degree in law from the University of Cambridge and a diploma in German law and legal system from the University of Tuebingen and the Justice Ministry of North Rhine-Westphalia. In 2006, he completed full-time study for an MA degree in War Studies from King’s College, London University (with distinction). He is a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong, as well as being qualified as an avocat in France. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries in England and a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

From 2007 to 2013 Mr Greenwood was the Group Executive Director – Strategy of CLP Holdings, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. His principal focus was to work on matters of a strategic nature impacting the overall direction of the CLP Group. He was also responsible for the oversight of CLP Group’s corporate secretarial and legal affairs. Prior to stepping down in 2005 to pursue a study leave, Mr Greenwood was an Executive Director (since 2001), the Company Secretary and Corporate Counsel (since 1996) of CLP Holdings. He retired in May 2013.

Dr. Kenzie Kwong works as an organization development consultant based in Hong Kong. Her experience includes sixteen years in Human Resources management with major corporations, including Chase Bank, Citibank, Exxon Chemical Asia, and American Express Int’l., plus fourteen years with her own consulting practice.

She has worked in all areas of HR, including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Training and Development. Her last corporate position was with American Express Int’l Inc. as Vice President – Human Resources for Hong Kong Office and Vice President – Management Development for Asia Pacific. From 93-97, she was retained by American Express as coach for the President, General Managers and senior managers throughout the region.

Since 1993, Kenzie has also consulted with and coached senior executives in major global corporations including Deutsche Bank, Swiss Reinsurance, UBS, Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific, etc.

Dr. C.K. Lo is a renowned and respected public affairs and communications expert in Hong Kong.

C.K. set up C.K. Lo & S. Lam Ltd. (Lo & Lam), a public affairs and lobbying specialist, with Sam Lam in January 1994. PR for Good was set up in 2013 as a subsidiary of Lo & Lam to provide dedicated service to NGOs, social enterprises, and community projects of corporations.

C.K. is active in public and community service. He is now member of the Council of Oxfam Hong Kong and the Board of Supervisors of Oxfam International, the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, and the Board of Hong Kong Policy Research Institute.
